Big Bold Vegetarian: Rich Harris demonstrates recipes and talks about his career
Rich Harris would like to start with a disclaimer: He is not a vegetarian. What started as a mission to get his family eating less meat and fish (an enterprise which proved good for their bodies as well as their wallets) – turned into an exciting challenge to make vegetables the star of the show. What results is a book that celebrates the diversity and versatility of vegetables and shows that vegetarian food can be both satisfying as well as delicious.
Rich will demonstrate recipes and chat about his life from food stylist to cookbook author, his food passions and travels on Saturday the 15th of September, at 2.45pm in the Ginger Whisk studio. Ticket price is £8 and includes tasters PLUS an exclusive As Nature Intended goody bag.
