The Caldesis: Cooking Italian demonstration and tasting

Katie and Giancarlo Caldesi are the owners of Caffé Caldesi in London, Caldesi in Campagna in Bray, and the Marylebone La Cucina Caldesi cooking school. They are undisputed experts in Italian food and have taught alongside some of the biggest names in Italian cuisine, including Gennaro Contaldo, Ursula Ferrigno and Valentina Harris. 

Be transported to Italy by the wonderful Katie and Giancarlo Caldesi as they show us how to make perfect fresh pasta. They will take us on a culinary journey round Italy with their recipes and stories from their travels. This promises to be a delicious hour with samples and tasters from their new book 'The Long and Short of Pasta' - not to be missed! 

The Caldesis will be giving a demo and tasting on Saturday the 15th of September, at 1.15pm in the Marquee. Tickets are £12 and includes tasters and a glass of wine.
