Cookbook Festival Launch Dinner with Henry Harris & Friends @ The Crown, Chiswick

This stellar dinner has been created by Henry Harris especially for The Cookbook Festival to celebrate the launch of their 2019 programme of events. All the chefs are donating their time for the evening and profits from tickets sales will be donated to the 3 festival charities: Felix Project, Doorstep Library and InterAct Stroke Support.

Oysters Charentais - A seemingly odd combination - freshly opened oysters with some hot, spicy sausages. The idea is that you eat an oyster, take a bite of the sausage then a good gulp of cold white wine like Muscadet.
