Vinoteca Chiswick is hosting a special Sunday lunch in partnership with the Cookbook Festival, focussing on the importance of sustainability and minimising wastage. Tim Ingall, head chef has put together a special menu for us, featuring the best of this season's fruits and vegetables from Natoora’s 'second selection,' showcasing how to get the most out of every ingredient including cuts of meat and fish that are less desirable, but perfect in flavour and incredibly tasty!

Vinoteca's Cookbook Festival Lunch will be on Sunday 8 September at 1:30pm in Vinoteca Chiswick. Tickets cost £40 with optional wine pairings for each course for £15.
